Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, but it can be transformed and redirected. Everything about you is made up of energy, including your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors you've partaken in during this lifetime and many others.

Our energetic body maintains a memory, it is where we store our traumas, emotions, hopes, dreams, unique purpose and mission. This stored information is often hidden from us but influences every aspect of our lives.

Each thought, behavior, and belief (subconscious & conscious), carries a frequency, which is known as the universal law of vibration. These energetic signatures may be high or low vibrational and are embedded within our complete energy field. What is kept within our field dictates how we react, feel, perceive, receive and relate to everything and everyone else.

When we carry unresolved low vibrational energetic fractals within our energy body, we will experience things like physical ailments, mental health challenges, addictions and difficulty feeling fulfilled, happy, and connected. This can lead to feeling overwhelmed, unworthy, anxious, and stuck in life.

Many try to overcome these challenges multiple times, but find they return to their old behaviors and beliefs without an understanding of why. It is because they have not yet been able to identify, redirect, and/or transform the contributing underlying energetic pieces from their total energy field.

While there are multiple ways to "move" energy, energy healing is unique in that it allows for what may be unknown, unseen or misunderstood to be revealed and directly addressed, which leads to release and transformation.
