Energetic healing, while effective and supportive for most, is received by each individual differently.

Results will vary based on energetic receptivity, personal awareness and mindset.

For this reason, specific results cannot be guaranteed; however, you are guaranteed to receive competent, professional, and integrous energetic support and healing services by a certified reiki practitioner.

Frequency of energy healing sessions is specific to you depending on receptivity, your unique circumstances, & your overall goals.

Reiki is a supportive modality that can help you regulate your nervous system and rebalance your energy - leaving you with a sense of wellbeing, calm and rejuvenation. This is especially true when you are consistent.

Much like therapy, going to the gym, changing eating habits, or other supportive measures, it takes time to experience lasting impact.

Generally, if you are going through a lot of healing/clearing work, it is advised to do a session every 1-2 weeks until you feel more balanced in your mind and body. Once you have reached a level of balance that is sustained, or if you are simply maintaining a wellness routine, 1-2 sessions per month or as needed may be adequate.

Packages and consistent sessions ensure we are able to build a working relationship, which enhances the overall work we do together. For this reason, sessions cannot be shared or transferred.

Everyone has their own experience during sessions.

It is possible that you may not notice anything during the session, but many people experience sensations such as:

• Tingling
• Tickling
• Pulling/Stretching
• Warmth/Cold
• Relaxation
• Calm
• Waves of emotions

Many people report having sensations in areas that are consistent with areas receiving energy work. Sensations are normal and temporary, and they are not harmful.

Feeling or not feeling sensations is not an indication of effectiveness of the session and is more so an indicator of personal receptivity and energetic sensitivity.

It's important to know that nobody can heal you on their own, you must be open and willing to receive healing for it to be effective.

To get the most benefit from sessions, it is important that you set intentions that are supportive of the healing you would like to receive. An example is, "I am open to receiving healing support that is in my highest and greatest good. I am intentionally welcoming in guidance, clarity, and balance."

Additionally, ensuring you are caring for your body through rest, good hydration, and nutrition is highly supportive during integration of energy healing.
