How it Works:
PLSR is a guided regression with Shawnna, a certified Past Life Regression Therapist, that takes place virtually over Zoom.
The regression is estimated to take up to 2 hours, which includes an initial discussion, the regression, and reflection after the session.
PLSR is accomplished through use of hypnotic techniques, which simply means your mind is guided into a relaxed state. During hypnosis you are in a state that allows you to relax, but you remain fully aware and in control of yourself. Once you are in this state of relaxation, Shawnna will guide you as you access one past life that is affecting your life today.
The past life you experience is selected by your primary spirit guide based on their awareness of your current life experiences & what would be most beneficial for you to learn.
During the past life, you will visit between 3-5 important scenes during that life where details will be revealed. You will meet with your guide and they will share why the life was brought forward & how it is impacting your life today.
After the session is complete, you will be brought out of the hypnotic state & a post-session review will take place. During this time you and Shawnna will discuss revelations, connections between your past life and current life, & lessons.
Within 24-hours post-session, Shawnna will email you an audio recording of your session along with insights and customized recommendations.
Integration of the session will continue days to weeks post regression, which will support you with accessing more awareness, healing & clarity.
Moving forward, you are able to complete more than one PLSR, but it is recommended you wait at least 4 weeks between sessions to allow integration. Generally, each PLSR will have a different life with different information brought forward.
